Ticketing Administrator

Orpington

Part Time – 30 hours per week (10am - 4pm Mon-Fri)

Salary up to £19,765

We are seeking an organized and efficient Ticketing Administrator to join our team in Orpington, Kent. As a Ticketing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the production of our shelf edge labels, ensuring smooth delivery of ticket orders. This position requires a detail individual with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and maintain the ticketing process
• Ensuring all ticket orders are printed and posted within our 5-day turnaround
• Maintain regular stock management and ordering of materials 
• Ad-hoc duties

What we are looking for:

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in customer support or helpdesk environments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
