Ticketing Operations Manager

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Ticketing Operations Manager supports the Assistant General Manager in the development and execution of annual strategy with primary focuses on managing CRM (KORE) and ticketing databases, sourcing and organizing data to present recommendations, evaluating corporate partner relationships, and supporting the execution of key marketing and retail initiatives.
- Manage the internal management of the ticketing systemsβ configurations to ensure standard procedures are being followed to maintain system integrity.
- Manage the CRM and ticketing databases to provide reporting and gain insights to build high-quality lead lists and campaigns in KORE.
- Organize, analyze, and present data from ticket sales and operations, marketing campaigns, merchandise sales, social media interaction, survey responses, capital expenditures, corporate partnerships, and other business areas to provide recommendations.
- Build benchmarking metrics and dashboards to provide clear insight into historical, current, and projected performance.
- Maintain a high level of communication with all operational departments to effectively resolve situations impacting guest service or malfunctions of department equipment.
- Assist in managing partnership inventory, rate cards, and other contractual components for the corporate sales and service teams.
- Support any product releases and system updates to ensure proper system(s) maintenance.
- Monitor existing standard operating procedures and develop new innovative strategies to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Create, maintain, and modify all events in the ticketing system(s).
- Facilitate communication among the Las Vegas Aces, Ticket Vendor, Executives, etc.
- Maintain all show/event files.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience
