Where you fit in
The Tier II Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for updating and managing site location data for Community Health Network. This role will be required to work primarily onsite to help identify and resolve missing or incorrect data. Once project assignment is completed, this position is anticipated to transition into our Tier II team, who is responsible for re for resolving or escalating support calls from the IT Service Desk. The Tier II Service Desk Analyst assists in problem management and provides deeper analysis of a customer's incident report or information request than what can be handled at a Tier I level.

-Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including listening
-Desire to be helpful in any situation
-Strong technical skills and the ability to learn and apply new technologies
-Demonstrate the ability to operate effectively
-Ability to type efficiently and accurately
Your exceptional qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent field related work experience required
-Three (3) years of customer service experience required
-One (1) year of ServiceNow experience strongly preferred
