TIG Welder

About Us: Our custom fabrication company needs an experienced Welder to join our team. We’re looking for a hardworking energetic professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. Seeking full-time candidates for the day shift, Monday thru Friday with overtime as needed. Key Skills & Competencies: • Must have experience in welding aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel • Minimum of three (3) years recent experience TIG Welding • Minimum of three (3) years experience welding in a manufacturing environment • Advanced knowledge of welding practices • Advanced knowledge of reading drawings and blueprints • Must be able to read tape measure, be proficient at layout, and have experience reading plans and specs. Responsibilities & Accountabilities: • Perform TIG, MIG, and other types of weld based on project needs. • Verify material sizes • Interpret drawings to cut, notch, fit, and weld materials to proper specification • Monitor and verify the accuracy of each job's initial set-up and final outcome • We're looking for a long-term candidate who is looking for a secure and rewarding form of employment.
