The Role: Launch Our TikTok Domination

As our TikTok Lead, you'll be the mastermind behind Mighty Networks' presence on the platform. Your mission? Turn our TikTok into a content phenomenon that entertains, educates, and drives explosive growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategy that consistently achieves the best features of TikTok
• Create scroll-stopping content that captures attention and showcases Mighty Networks' value
• Master TikTok's algorithm, ensuring our content reaches the right audiences at the right time
• Analyze performance metrics obsessively, continuously optimizing our approach
• Repurpose existing content creatively, finding fresh angles that resonate on TikTok
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends, jumping on opportunities for relevance and virality
• Collaborate with our marketing team to align TikTok efforts with broader business goals
• Quickly identify and incorporate user-generated content templates and what’s working

The TikTok Expert We're Looking For

• Eats, sleeps, and breathes TikTok, with an innate understanding of what makes content go viral
• Has a proven track record of growing accounts and consistently creating high-performing content
• Possesses strong opinions on what works on TikTok right now and how Mighty Networks can capitalize on it
• Excels at creating and reproducing successful content templates
• Demonstrates expertise in TikTok's features, from effects and transitions to sounds and challenges
• Can rapidly produce and iterate on content, keeping pace with TikTok's fast-moving trends
• Stays consistently ahead of TikTok trends and feature updates
