About the Team
The livestream industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become the next growth driver for TikTok global business. It also brings great joy to users globally and it creates a new channel for our creators to show themselves.
TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships with authors; It provides objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

The Content Quality Assurance Specialist Lead will manage a team and will ensure the safety of our users on the platform covering LIVE videos.

Responsibilities:
1. To develop the eco and monetization governance team capabilities for TikTok Live
2. Manage general risk analysis and overall quality asssurance, along with project management
3. Be an effective team leader, including but not limited to workflow optimization, mentoring team members, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
4. Thorough data analysis, summarize and feedback problems & handle necessary escalation and form a quality inspection report.
5. Define and drive cross-functional high-impact safety initiatives and outcomes, collaborating with teams across TikTok LIVE teams.
4. Work with internal stakeholders to make sure business priorities are communicated clearly and backed up by strong data insights.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, familiar with the live stream / video hosting platform.
2. A minimum of 5 years of proven success in a similar role; experience in leading a Trust and Safety / Quality Assurance / Content Moderations team, and a proven track record of working with high-performing teams.
3. Possesses strong learning ability, cross-department communication, and collaboration skills; demonstrated track record of working in a lean environment is a plus.

Preferred qualifications:
1. Proven work experience within social media/ internet/ technology industry/ BPO related organisation.
2. Proven and demonstrated success in project management
