About the Team
With the mission of "Inspiring New Life and Helping Good Business", Local Service is committed to becoming the most trusted local service platform for users and partners. In Local Services, through POI, Video, LIVE, Search, and other various products, services and roles related to life are creatively connected, making the daily life experience richer, more unique and more innovative. At the same time, Local Services creates an inclusive and fair healthy business environment, helping merchants, service providers, creators and other roles to continuously create revenue and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:
1. Familar with local service business logic and analysis framework. Strategic thinking, high business acumen and have a strong capability to identify strategic issues and solve problems.
2. Conduct market study, competitor tracking and identify market entry strategy for all key verticals in local service (food& beverage, travel & tourism, in-store consumption,etc. )
3. Support strategic topics on product and operation strategy, incl. but not limited to user growth, traffic allocation, transaction analysis.
4. Build up a business analysis framework and set up annual/quarterly targets for the business. Perform target tracking and analysis mechanisms to support business to achieve targets.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification
1. 5 year working experience, bachelor degree required. Candidate with local service strategy and business analysis experience preferred.
2. Strong logical thinking and strategic analysis capability. Strong data analysis capability, familiar with all types of data processing tools, such as excel, sql, spss.

Preferred Qualification
1. Intellectual curious,self-driven and strong capability to collaborate with XFNs.
