Team Introduction
LBS team is responsible for location-based database and services, to support application scenarios e.g. TikTok, Lemon8. The objective is to help businesses to better connect users with real world places and services, to solve their unmet needs, meanwhile, to grow local business.

Job Description
1. Responsible for POI database construction for Bytedance international businesses, and provide guidelines of data production, evaluation system, and product application scenarios.
2. Responsible for overseas LBS mid-platform geographical information and positioning services, investigate competitive products to provide solutions for different business scenarios.
3. Work closely with cross-functional team including partnership teams and engineers to introduce data and service, and scale capability across international businesses.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of work experience
2. Excellent project management capabilities, cross-team communication and coordination capabilities
3. Global vision and enthusiasm, global Internet products working experience is a plus
4. Local service, Maps, O2O industry working experience is a plus
