About the team
We are looking for a User Product Manager to join our Product team. You will be responsible for the product features, strategies and solutions related to "buyers" in the e-commerce business, with core metrics including scale indicators (e-commerce user number, GMV, order volume, etc.), efficiency indicators (order conversion rate, repurchase rate, GPM, etc.), and experience indicators (user satisfaction, etc.). you will use your learnings and insights to partner with product management and development teams to optimize product platforms, create efficiency and scale success.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the work of international e-commerce SEA user products.
- Responsible for formulating the team's overall product planning and goals, overall planning and resource coordination, being responsible for various operating indicators of the product, and responsible for the user experience of the product.
- Responsible for the management and training of team members.

Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above.
- Experience with team management.
- Have an in-depth understanding of e-commerce.
- Fluency in English communication.
