Responsibilities
- Cooperate closely with Product Managers and provide actionable insights to drive SEA business growth, and improvement of operational efficiency.
- Leverage data analysis expertise to design data solutions to solve commerce product problems such as supply growth, seller growth and marketplace efficiency etc.
- Design and conduct A/B testing experiments to estimate the new product feature launch, to help evaluate the ROI efficiency.
- Provide in-depth analysis with localized suggestions for improvements to align with business goals.
- Build and improve data infrastructure such as dashboards and self-serve analytics tools to improve efficiency and support decision-making.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of working experience in data analytics, with a Mater's degree or above.
- Proficient in SQL, Python or R, and expertise in A/B testing experiment design is required.
- Familiar with the product design process, and experience as partner to Product Managers is highly preferred.
- To succeed in the role, you need to be a proactive, self-driven and impact-driven person.

- Able to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
