A day in the life:

• Power Digital is looking for a Video Editor to assist in the daily execution of our cross-functional video content needs in support of our brand vision & business goals through performance marketing. You will be working in a fast-paced, creative environment that offers an opportunity to be part of building a rapidly growing agency

Responsibilities:

• Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
• Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
• Create engaging, performance-driven video content to support our creative & marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with our Production & Strategy teams to craft both original and iterative ads for TikTok
• Continuously optimize output by applying learnings from performance metrics, external references, and popular trends across social platforms
• Follow department workflows and best practices for project management, project file organization, file naming, etc.

Role Requirements:

• 4+ years of video editing experience (motion graphics a plus)
• Proficient in various video editing tools and other software (Adobe Premier, After Effects, Capcut, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc. )
• Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio of work examples
• Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles
• Deep understanding of social media trends and tiktok best practices
• Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
• Creative and innovative thinker
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Performance of creative output meets client KPIs and drives measurable impact on client growth and internal revenue.
• Edit 15 or more concepts per week (each composed of multiple deliverables)
• 90%+ adoption rate + execution of internal workflow, processes

Most Important Things (MITs)

• Output quality meets both internal and client brand standards
• Understanding of best practices for performance-driven creative & ability to apply these insights in your work
• Ability to actively communicate and collaborate with Strategists & Production teams across multiple projects to deliver the best possible creative output
