Job Description
As a Title Review and Closing Supervisor, you'll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. The Title Review and Closing Supervisor is responsible for Service Level Adherence (SLA) to ensure all functions related to title clearance and loan closing are provided timely to our consumers. Ensuring that performance and productivity standards are achieved by the title review and closing teams and that all necessary coaching and development takes place for all members.

What you'll do:
? Coach and develop team members
? Work with post-closing and closing teams on loan deficiency resolution
? Manage and oversee pipelines
? Maintain SLA's
? Wire authorizations
? Provide excellent customer service and problem solving with all parties to the loan, before, during, and after closing.
What you'll bring:
? 1+ years of peer mentorship, team lead, or supervisory experience
? 3+ years in mortgage loan closing for various products (1st mortgage, HELOC, etc.)
? Knowledge of all aspects of loan closing
? Knowledge of all aspects of title review
? Working knowledge of all federal and state banking regulations pertaining to lending and consumer compliance, including fair lending laws
? Strong knowledge of how to review closing documents, familiar with balancing fees, preparing documents, ordering wires and funding
? Exhibits "service minded" leadership skills
? Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
? Ability to work in a continually changing, entrepreneurial team environment
? Able to successfully complete federal background/credit checks
? High school diploma or equivalent
