TM Operations Specialist

The TM Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for delivering a best in class Treasury Management client onboarding experience by quickly and accurately implementing Treasury Management services in compliance with bank policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all forms are complete and accurate.
• Process requests by entering data into applicable TM systems.
• Effectively prioritize work by SLA, customer rating, rush requests, etc.
• Follow procedures and validate process steps. May make suggestions for updates and improvements, as needed.
• Send welcome packages to customers.
• Place orders for service hardware and supplies with partner vendors.
• Perform customer reviews.
• Support training staff with various tasks.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained by performing Quality Reviews by verifying packets are complete, addressing missing items, auditing system data, etc.
• Properly utilize, update and maintain status tracking system and provides status updates.
• Ensure all forms and applications are properly maintained and filed.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years prior banking experience required.
• Data entry experience required.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for this position is $16.65/hr. to $28.92/hr. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. A discretionary bonus and/or business line incentive may be provided, in addition to a medical and other benefits, dependent on the position.
