This position is a critical role in Intel Supply Network Planning Organization within the Customer Fulfillment Planning and Logistics Organization. The SNP organization employs over 350 employees and is responsible for the planning activities across various stages of internal manufacturing : Engineering, Fab, Wafer Level Assembly, Assembly/Test, and External Boards and Systems :ODM: to deliver on time supply to our customers and meet revenue commitments.

The Sales and Operations Execution lead is responsible for:

Successfully Developing, deploying, and managing the Sales and Operations Execution process for Technology and Manufacturing Group Foundry across our factory network : fab, disaggregated manufacturing and assembly test planning including:

A Sales and Operations Execution meeting structure that drives the right decision timing, supports clear communication of adjustments and charters actions to close remaining gaps including

Preparing and facilitating the Sales and Operations Execution meetings by inviting participants gathering required inputs, preparing for the meetings, providing pre-reads and alignment before the meeting, facilitating and summarizing information to drive decision making and prepare for the following weekly cycle respectively.

A set of scorecards and dashboards that provide frequent snapshots of where the business is in relation to the current plan, what is the performance to the plan; delivery, forecast consumption, factory loadings etc, what gaps need to be worked, what decisions are needed, what follow-up needs to happen.

A set of activities preparing for a meeting: What data has changed from last plan, what scenarios are being evaluated, are the gaps highlighted in prior cycles being closed.

Building a strong integration of planning with execution through the interaction of Sales and Operations Execution and Sales and Operations Planning.

Keeping participants in the process on track and moving toward managing execution priorities, balancing short-term demand and supply, and dealing with Supply and Operations plan exceptions.

Sustain and improve the Sales and Operations Execution process.

This is an Individual Contributor role that will orchestrate across and partner with the following people/organizations to deliver the above results;

- VP Customer Fulfillment, Planning and Logistics

- Supply Network Planning Directors

- Technology and Manufacturing Group Foundry, Fab Sort and Manufacturing, Disaggregated Manufacturing Operations an Assembly Test Manufacturing Planning Teams

- Technology and Manufacturing Foundry Supply Lead, Technology and Manufacturing Foundry Parameter Lead, Technology and Manufacturing Foundry Demand Lead, Order Management Lead

- Finance

- Commercial sales and marketing

- Customer Relations Management team

- Biz Ops, pricing

- NPI

- Supply chain: manufacturing, logistics, order management, quality, procurement

Desired Experience

Consulting experience in supply and demand planning, order management, customer engagement and foundry industry best practices for capabilities (people, business processes, key decisions, and tools)

Supply chain/operations certification a plus, such as APICS, CPIM or lean. Knowledge of advanced problem solving, business process mapping, documenting requirements and key design decisions

A Successful Candidate should exhibit and understanding of:

  • Operational side of the business within Technology and Manufacturing Foundry.
  • Various supply chain planning processes such as Supply and Operations Execution, Sales and Operation Planning, Order Management, MPS.
  • Demand and supply planning
  • Financial aspects of supply chain/operations
  • Role and responsibilities of other supply chain and non-supply chain functions in the Supply and Operations Execution process.
  • Supply chain flexibility, how it can be increased or decreased, and the associated costs.

Qualifications:

Required

A minimum of bachelor's degree majoring in supply chain management, business, or STEM

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning

At least 5 years of experience in Supply and Operations Execution process, demand planning, supply and inventory planning, new products introduction, resource allocation, master production schedule (MPS) working in semiconductor companies

Broad understanding of interdependencies between functions (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance and manufacturing) and the associated cause-and-effect relationships

Experience of 6 years in end-to-end supply chain

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in

US, California:$156,950.00-$274,730.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
