TMS Outbound Sales Specialist
Job Description
This position will oversee the outbound sales efforts of TAB Bank's Treasury Management Services. This position must have excellent communication and sales skills, as well as an ability to connect and understand potential clients to fill their needs. This position will need an excellent understand of TAB's Treasury Management products so they can find creative ways to apply those products to meet customer needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build TMS portfolio through sales efforts via telephone, email, and other electronic forms of communication
- Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that TAB Bank can offer to prospects
- Negotiate price with clients while still maintaining adequate levels of profitability
- Up sell additional products as needs arise
- Vet lead list for warm and cold leads
- Work closely with TAB Bank's Marketing department to perform market research and to generate new leads
- Report weekly sales goals and objectives to Treasury Management Services Manger
- Develop referral channels with existing clients
- Attend networking and community events to generate leads and relationships
- Ensure that digital experience of TMS customers is excellent and report issues with digital experience to management
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalency
- 3+ years previous experience in a sales role, commercial banking sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentations skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of TAB's Treasury Management products.
- Candidate should be self-directed, organized, dependable, detail-oriented, observant, thorough, professional, confident, and persuasive.
- Ability to interact and communication effectively to all levels of company leadership
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and challenges others to maintain a proactive mentality
- A fearless, networking attitude with a relentless work ethic
