TMS Solution Architect (MercuryGate)- 100% remote

Job Description

Understanding the client’s business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications for the MercuryGate TMS.

• Configuring and customizing the MercuryGate TMS according to the client’s needs and best practices.
• Integrating the MercuryGate TMS with other systems such as ERP, WMS, EDI, etc. using various methods such as APIs, web services, etc.
• Testing and validating the MercuryGate TMS solution for functionality, performance, and quality.
• Providing training and documentation to the client’s users and stakeholders on how to use the MercuryGate TMS effectively.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or defects related to the MercuryGate TMS solution.
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance to the client’s MercuryGate TMS solution.

A MercuryGate TMS Solution Architect should have the following qualifications:

• BS or BA with 7+ years of experience as a solution architect on any top tier TMS providers such as JDA TMS, MercuryGate, etc.
• Strong knowledge of transportation management concepts, processes, and best practices.
• Proficient in MercuryGate TMS configuration, customization, integration, and administration.
• Experience with cloud-based and standalone systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
