Tools Admin - Dynatrace
Job Description
- Developing and implementing custom Dynatrace dashboards and alerts to meet the requirements of the application teams, customers and other support teams
- On-board new applications into Dynatrace, profile configuration, agent setup, instrumentation
- Ensuring the administration, maintenance, and patching of the application
- Setup and managed User & group profiles
- Creation and documentation of best practice standards and procedures
- Recommend monitoring needs/changes during incident review to avoid and reduce end-user impact due to application availability and performance
- Perform incident review with focus on monitoring and/or alerting improvements
- Perform analysis like memory, thread, CPU for applications to find the root cause of run-time issues.
- Monitor and ensure the performance of the application
- Facilitate integration with other platforms
- Setup Synthetic Monitor for various type of applications
- Create Alerting Profile and Management Zone
- Build Active Gate and Manage servers
- Pull the report using API
