Tools Administrator

Job Description:Qualifications:

Must have Tech Skills:-

• Working knowledge of AWS admin, Dev Ops.
• Proficient in working in windows server environment.
• Good understanding of Windows Server Application architecture.
• Experience in server migration and upgrade, application upgrade and migration, database upgrade and migration
• Good understanding of databases specifically in MS SQL. Querying the data, stored procedure, upgrade and migration understanding.
• Good understanding of 3 tier application architecture.
• Proficient in application troubleshooting. Must have skill to analyze the different kind of logs like application logs, server logs, IIS logs, and system logs for troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of data flow and integration with various app through connector/api.
• Good undestanding of networking, database,AWS cloud, Active directory.
• Should have worked on Linux system and some shell scripting, powershell scripting
• Should have used log monitoring tools like Splunk / cloudwatch, appdynamices, Zenoss monitoring.
• Should have idea about CI/CD pipeline like Jenkins pipeline
• Debugging using developer tools in a browser.

Nice to have Skills:

• Experience with security tools like Ccure, Victor, IBM license metric tool, IT assets management tool.
• Experience with the use and working of IBM MQ, Kafka
• Experience with Dockers, Kubernetes, and automation.
• Experience with API gateway tools like Apigee and how to do tracing with it.
• Experience with Java and Spring boot and preferably on some UI tech as well e.g. React or Angular

Work Timings:- There will be shift timings and five working days can be on the weekends sometime

Key Responsibilities: -

• Provide application support (L1, L2, or L3) in a technical support role for APIs, AWS devops, and web portals. Preferably L3 experience as well.
• Analyzing logs to troubleshoot the production issues.
• Work in Linux and Windows environment.
• Manage multiple customer / infra issues simultaneously
• Polite Interaction with Customer
• Learn new infra/tech stack, applications, and functions.
