Tools Effectiveness Analyst

The Tools Effectiveness Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the performance and effectiveness of various tools and systems across the Upwork sales organization. To be successful in this role, an individual should have experience with data analysis, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of the tools and systems.
Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales training sessions and workshops for new hires
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tool performance
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of tools and systems over time
• Assist in the creation and implementation of training programs
• Collect and analyze data on tool usage and performance
• Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for changes or upgrades
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to implement new tools and systems.

What it takes to catch our eye:

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Zoominfo
• Capable of presenting analyses effectively to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong communication and presentation skills are important, instructional design skills are a plus
• You are a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple projects, fulfill priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Previous work experience with Training, Enablement, Marketing, Sales, and Solutions

The annual base salary for this position in California and Washington ranges from $71,000 - $95,000. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position in California and Washington, and individual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this position is eligible for the annual bonus plan or sales incentive plan and eligibility to participate in our long term equity incentive program.
