Requirements

- Must be able to physically climb tower

- In charge of all tower top work

- In charge of correctly installing and utilizing the rigging system on the tower

- Installation of tower equipment as per construction drawings (CDs)

- Communicating with crew lead on any issues tower

- Oversee safety guidelines are followed on the tower

- All tower top tests required in the market (Azimuth, Tape-drop, levels, Fiber tests, Sweep tests, PIM tests, etc.)

- Inspect and make sure all crew gear is up to date

- Be able to operate and work with man lift, crane, excavator, and other heavy equipment that might be required to complete construction

- Be able to operate winch/capstan on site
