Total Rewards Analyst
Job Description
We have an opening within Envoy's dedicated Human Resources team for an experienced Total Rewards Analyst to join us on a full time, permanent basis. This role is responsible for the full range of automated system record keeping, processing payroll transactions and reporting activities in the US and potential our global locations.
As our Global Total Rewards Analyst, you will be required to:
- Oversee US benefits administration and maintain relationship with benefit brokers and carriers
- Support the administration of global benefits and maintain relationships with global vendors
- Respond to benefit and 401(k) inquiries related to enrollments, qualified life events, COBRA, and other related inquiries. Reconcile benefit invoices
- Assist with open enrollment and Paycom administration
- Manage leave administration including FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD, etc.
- Track FMLA utilization and monitor disability claim processing
- Partner with HR Generalist to communicate leave status
- Support the administration of Envoy's compensation programs, including merit and bonus preparation, salary structure reviews, FLSA reviews, internal equity audits, and external competitiveness
- Maintain data in compensation system to produce accurate compensation analytics
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management teams to maintain accurate job descriptions and appropriate benchmarking within Envoy's compensation philosophy
- Work with payroll to ensure accurate payroll processing of compensation and benefit activities
- Support Finance and HR teams with special projects and reports as required
To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- 3-5 years administering HR benefit and compensation programs
- Working knowledge of FMLA, state leave programs, ADA, COBRA, and other benefit regulations
- Working knowledge of FLSA and related wage and hour legislation
- Intermediate MS Excel including V-Lookups
- Experience with PayCom, Paylocity, ADP or similar payroll system
- Desire to support the evolving total rewards strategy for a growing organization
- Associates degree or similar credentials (preferred)
