Modivcare is looking for an organized and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to support the Total Rewards team with projects and activities that enhance the company's continued growth and operations. You will gain hands on experience with the compensation, benefits and HRIS operations. You will engage in mentorship and networking opportunities with leaders across the organization, and you will acquire experience and insight into our Total Rewards Team.
You will report to the VP of Total Rewards & Operations. The internship is full-time, approximately 10 weeks and begins Summer 2023.

You will...- Learn how Total Rewards structures compensation at Modivcare
- Gain experience with the HRIS learning to understand how the HCM operates
- Analyze HR data and how it works through the HRIS system
- Support and assist with basic employee benefits, including health and retirement
- Identify opportunities to enhance and improve HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Support the Human Resources team with day-to-day operations
- Work collaboratively with various departments across the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business, Marketing (Sales), or related program
- Willingness to learn, tackle new projects, and develop skills along the way
- Open to feedback and investing in your own continuous improvement

- Proven leadership history in a club or organization

Salary Range: $20-$25/hourly
