The opportunity:

As the Total Rewards Lead at Stenn, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our Total Rewards philosophy and designing and implementing innovative compensation, benefits, and wellness programmes to support the overall wellbeing of our employees. 

Working with the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will be responsible for the implementation of people programmes, policies, and procedures related to total rewards. You will use external data and benchmark information to generate proposals for Stenn’s Total Rewards offerings. The main countries of focus will include the UK, USA, some countries in Eastern Europe, India and China. 

Deliverables: 

  • Assess job roles and responsibilities to ensure accurate job levelling and appropriate pay grades. 
  • Create and manage the company's bonus structure and sales commission plans.
  • Collaborate with the Legal team to maintain the company's share option plan.
  • Run the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and stock options.
  • Assess global benefits offerings and design market-leading benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Communicate and educate leaders and employees on compensation policies and programmes, to enhance consistency in compensation decisions.
  • Analyse compensation data and present meaningful insights to stakeholders, including the Compensation Committee. 
  • Stay updated with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance with compensation practices across the globe. 

What You Can Bring to Us

  • Proven experience of working in a Compensation and benefits role, preferably in high growth Tech
  • Solid understanding of compensation principles,  benefits programmes, job evaluation methodologies, and market trends.
  • Expertise in designing and managing sales commission plans that align with business objectives.
  • Familiarity with equity programs and their administration.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel and HRIS systems.
  • Global experience particularly in the UK and USA. Any additional experience in Europe and APAC would be great.
