About the Job:
As our Total Rewards Lead, you’ll help drive the creation of a world class employee experience by building and maintaining total rewards programs that attract and retain the best and brightest. You understand that building scalable, competitive, and compliant programs and processes is critical to supporting a growing, high-performing organization.
You will report to our Director of People Operations and be part of a small and mighty People Experience team supporting an organization of approximately 250 employees. In addition to owning the administration of our world class total rewards programs and processes, including compensation, benefits, and 401k, you will have the opportunity to recommend and implement improvements to our offerings to ensure we are operating competitively and efficiently.Â

What you'll do:
- Own the compensation program for Redesign, including managing the annual and mid-year compensation review cycles, conducting regular market analysis and benchmarking, advising the Talent and People Experience team on compensation recommendations, and partnering with external compensation consultants for various compensation projects and leverage internal systems to implement process improvements that enhance people experience.
- Administer the benefits and perks program for Redesign, including partnering with our external vendors to identify improvements and efficiencies for benefits design, project managing and administering open enrollment, completing all required compliance requirements and audits, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enrollment across all of our benefits programs
- Partner with the Legal and Finance team to administer our equity program
- Develop, deliver, and coordinate employee education programs and communication to ensure team members are aware of and engaged in our total rewards program
- Serve as the main point of contact for our team members for all their health and wellness benefits, fringe benefits and supplemental perks, compensation, and 401k-related questions
What you'll need:
- You have 5+ years of experience in a People Operations role with specific experience in compensation and benefits administration
- You have experience with HR Systems; UKG and implementation experience is a plus
- You have worked with compensation consultants/tools, such as Radford
- You have worked in a high-growth, multi-state organization

- You have experience in designing, managing and administering compensation programs
- You have knowledge of and have administered employee benefits programs
- You are familiar with equity programs
- You have strong data skills and deep experience manipulating data in ExcelÂ
- You partner with leaders, stakeholders, and team members in a human-centered way

Additional Information
Full-time base salary range of $121,000 plus a competitive equity & benefits package listed under the "Why work with us?" section.Â
