As a Total Rewards Manager you will lead and oversee the strategy and operations of our Compensation, Benefits, and Global Mobility teams. You will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive total rewards programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop competitive compensation and benefits structures, administer global mobility programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in total rewards management, strategic thinking, and exceptional leadership skills.
You will also be responsible for:
- Develop and execute the overall total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and global mobility programs, aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Compensation, Benefits, and Global Mobility teams, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services.
- Lead the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation programs, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, pay structure development, and incentive plans.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, finance, and executive leadership to ensure total rewards programs are aligned with business needs and market trends.
- Manage the design, implementation, and administration of comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health and wellness, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, consultants, and brokers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery of total rewards services.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in total rewards management, ensuring the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
- Ensure compliance with local, regional, and global regulations related to compensation, benefits, and global mobility programs.
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on total rewards matters, including job offers, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience and engagement.
Main requirements for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in total rewards management, including compensation, benefits, and global mobility.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations, including job evaluation methodologies, salary structures, and incentive plan design.
- Experience managing global mobility programs, including international assignments, immigration, and tax considerations.
- In-depth understanding of market trends and best practices in total rewards management.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing total rewards strategies and programs in a complex, multinational organization.
- Fluent English.
