ABOUT THIS POSITION

The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for a variety of total rewards tasks as a part of the People Team. This role will oversee the People Team service module, Workday Case Management ensuring timely and accurate service responses to our team members. Additionally this role will support data accuracy and payroll preparation through well-defined and organized processes and audits.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

What You'll Do

  • Administrator of Workday Case Management ensuring proper case assignments, supporting case solvers in meeting service level agreements, and answering team member questions
  • Owner of Workday Knowledge Base articles by conducting regular reviews of articles and working with People Team functional specialists to update/write articles for general use
  • Ensure the proper onboarding of all new hires for timely completion of payroll processing including all new hire verification paperwork (i.e. I9)
  • Conducts regular data integrity audits to ensure team member personal and job indicative date remains intact
  • Recommend improvements to data impacted workflows to maintain data integrity
  • Assist in compiling and processing semi-monthly payroll using Workday

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1--2 years of experience in Human Resources department in corporate setting
  • Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally, cross-culturally, and across levels.
  • Basic understanding of Human Resource principals and concepts
  • Works efficiently to meet critical deadlines such payroll submission, service level agreements, etc
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
