About your team:
The Total Rewards Specialist is crucial in managing and administering employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and providing comprehensive support to employees regarding their benefits options. They are responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing claims, and communicating benefit information to the workforce.

What will be your responsibilities within IBKR:
- Implement and administer employee benefit programs.
- Negotiate with insurance carriers and other vendors to secure employees' best possible rates and benefits.
- Manage the company's benefits budget.
- Manage leave administration for all employees.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on their benefits enrollment and claims.
- Keep up to date on all applicable laws and regulations regarding employee benefits.
- Develop and maintain internal procedures for the administration of benefits programs.
- Prepare and deliver reports on benefits enrollment, claims, and costs.

Required Skills/Abilities
- Solid knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
