We are seeking a TRACK and Requisition Team Lead within our Project Resource and Outage Support (PROS) Group located onsite in Gonzalez, LA, Allentown, PA, Pasadena, TX, or Long Beach, CA. This position requires the ability to travel up to 40% depending on assigned workload. This is a diverse group that supports Industrial Gases (IG) North America capital projects, strategic planning, turnaround (TAR) planning, and turnaround execution. This allows our team to provide specialized services and additional capacity for infrequent events to operational assets. This role reports to the Outage Support Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage team of TRACK administrators and SAP requisitioners to support requisitioning, cost tracking, and proper invoicing/close out of all labor, material, and equipment purchased for North America projects and turnarounds (U.S. and Canada)
  • Resource load TRACK administrators to implement cost control strategy for each assigned TAR. Ensure cost reports and allocations are completed on-schedule for each TAR. Ensure close out progresses per assigned key performance indicator (KPI)
  • Serve as single point of contact between procurement and TAR execution team to ensure all contracts are implemented per bid documents (labor and equipment rates) in the field. Escalate contractor non-compliance and interface with contractor management to correct.
  • Manage TRACK software licensure and deployment to each TAR.
  • Develop badging and accountability strategy for each TAR in accordance with AP safety and security requirements. This is a safety sensitive position.
  • Monitor reporting to ensure fatigue and accountability guidelines are met and ensure plant mustering is fail safe and timely for emergencies.
  • Oversee requisition entry to ensure correctness and consistency across North America
  • Provide training, best practices, and continuous improvement opportunities to streamline cost management processes.

Education and Licensing Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with experience
  • Proficient in the use of computers and business software, including Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) OneNote, SAP.
  • TRACK software.

Work Hours & Benefits:

Typical work week is 40 hours. Longer hours are required during project or outage execution which may also require working some weekends. Travel is required in U.S. and Canada, primarily California, U.S. Gulf Coast, Edmonton, Ontario, and U.S. Northeast. The work environment is diverse from an office setting to onsite at Air Products operating facilities.

Expected pay range is $66,170 - $111,365 Company bonus and OT eligible. This is the pay range that we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of fact .
