Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.

• Not from a BPO background.

Shift Requirement:

• Night Shift

Educational Qualification:

• B.Tech in any stream(Added Advantage)

Skills and Competencies:

Technical Skills:

• Mandatory: Advanced proficiency in Excel

• Preferred:

o Exposure to automation tools

o Familiarity with Power BI/Power Query

o Experience in training on any software platform

• Soft Skills:

Intermediate to Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Job Responsibilities:

o Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns

o Develop and maintain reports

o Automate data processes to improve efficiency

o Train team members on data analysis tools and techniques

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
