We’re looking for a Trackwise Engineer

Location: Guadalajara

Technical Skills:

• Minimum 10+ years of Trackwise Support experience
• Should have minimum 4+ years Lead Experience in Full stack
• Exposure to Microsoft technology development experience in C#, .NET MVC, Web api
• High level of understanding of JavaScript and SQL
• Understanding of modern patterns for how backend code interacts with the front end systems.
• Good problem solving capabilities in developed applications

Stakeholder Management:

• Able to establish effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the institution.
• Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery
• Exceptional customer-facing skills, conduct weekly and monthly and Quarterly meeting with the customer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Should be flexible to work & manage the working time – must have few hours of overlap with offshore (India) co-workers for task hand-offs, troubleshooting

Knowledge on ITIL:

• Very good knowledge of Service Management (ISM Service Management) frameworks, processes, best practices
• Good understanding of Process Management Tools, ticketing, portals.
• Strongly oriented toward collaboration; a team player able to work collaboratively and effectively with and through others, at all levels in the organization.
