Trade Accounting Analyst

Job Description

Daily Tasks

• Daily prepare bank payment orders and update into the accounting system.
• Daily check & record bank transactions, including credit notes, debit notes, loans, FX deals, loan interest charges…
• Daily reconcile bank accounts with bank statements.
• Monitor & record payment requests for costs associated with business operating activities.
• Monitor AR/AP aging report and highlight if any issues.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Month-end Tasks

• Analyze the monthly expenses and perform necessary accrual transactions, cost allocations to ensure incurred costs/expenses during the month fully captured.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts according to reconciliation schedule set.
• Prepare VAT report.

Qualifications

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3-5 years experiences in Accounting.
• Good in English.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Other skills (Computer Skills, etc)

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Languages:

• Good in English.
