Trade Capture Specialist, Macro

The Middle Office Trade Capture team is tasked with supporting our firm’s global macro business by ensuring accurate and prompt processing of trades.  Product set will include FX, equity, rate, credit, bonds, and futures in both linear and option form. 

What you’ll do

• Manage and oversee the complete lifecycle of trade events for wide variety of products
• Identify and address any T+1 issues proactively
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to minimize errors and enhance productivity
• Contribute to the design, testing, and implementation of tools to boost automation and streamline processes

What’s required

• Demonstrated experience working on the buy-side and delivering to multiple stakeholders
• Product knowledge and comfort with risk measures and valuation
• Demonstrate a culture of ownership and consistent follow-through
• Detail oriented with clear examples of process improvements
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on reducing operational risk and trading errors
• Proficient with industry systems like Bloomberg and Tradeweb
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards
