At Delta Faucet Company we are going through a period of groundbreaking growth and have an opening for a Channel Marketing Manager. As a member of the Trade Marketing team, this important role will work cross functionally with sales operations, product, brand, and digital marketing teams, training and events, and outside marketing vendors to implement customer specific go-to-market strategies, coordinated product launches, strategy development, and marketing content and tools that drive incremental growth across the Brizo®, Delta® and Peerless® brands.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of annual marketing strategies
- Implement customer promotions, programs, and integrated marketing plans
- Develop marketing assets to support trade segment needs and implement product launch commercialization tasks
- Execute marketing strategy and tactics for industry leading Showroom Rewards Program
- Assist with planning and decision making process for Showroom Display Merchandising
- Collaborate with product marketing teams to deliver product need states for trade - based on product research and Voice of Customer (VOC) insights
- Coordinate channel marketing budgets, estimates and invoice tracking
- Strategic lead for customer events, presentations, and training content
- Lead integrated marketing activity and content development such as key customer or segment partnerships
- Point of contact for corporate sales team and agency reps
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related business field
- 5+ years of marketing strategy and execution experience
- Strong marketing proficiencies, including business and market analysis
- Travel: 10-20%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B environment in trade management, channel management, brand management, insights, and sales
- Proven capacity to lead cross-functional project teams and influence others
- Intuition for business with an aptness to use financial metrics to drive decision making
- Strong communication skills; verbal, written and presentation
- Ability to work on multidimensional tasks independently while collaborating with others
- Proven success working in a sophisticated, matrixed environment
- Expertise with vital business skills (Smartsheet, Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, SharePoint, SAP, etc.)
- Role to be posted as hybrid/remote

Hiring Range: $70,200.00 - $110,330.00
Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
