Job Description

• Manejo de operaciones del programa IMMEX
• Dar soporte o asistencia legal en materia de comercio exterior a los usuarios internos de la compañía para asegurarse de que las operaciones se efectúan bajo el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales y aduaneras.
• Reconocer riesgos en materia de cumplimiento en las operaciones de comercio exterior de la compañía.
• Mantener vigentes y activos los diferentes programas de fomento y/o certificaciones ante las distintas autoridades (SAT, SE, CBP)
• Desarrollar estrategias que permitan mantener a la compañía en continuo cumplimiento en materia de comercio exterior, así como, realizar auditorías internas a las diferentes áreas de la compañía.
• Liderear la certificación y recertificación, así como las auditorias OEA y CTPAT.
• Administración y manejo del Anexo 24 y Anexo 30
• Asegurarse que se presenten las diferentes declaraciones, reportes y avisos a los que se refieren las Reglas Generales de Comercio Exterior en tiempo y forma.
