Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager - Displays
Location: Dallas, Texas
Job Description
The Trade Marketing Manager - Display will be responsible for creating and executing special pack strategies for a core Galderma consumer business. In this role you will work with sales, marketing, operation and external vendors to create best in class merchandising vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills with the persistence to influence other. This role provides a great deal of interaction with both Marketing and Field Sales and is an excellent position to learn and grow within Galderma's Consumer Division.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the creation and execution of all national and custom displays/special packs.
• Serve as project leader for displays and special packs working closely with both internal and external partners.
• Ensure messaging and imaging of displays/special packs aligns with latest marketing strategies.
• Work with Field Sales to determine optimal display contents, taking into consideration brand strategy and overall profitability.
• Track display/special pack projects through the system to ensure they stay on time.
• Maintain a tracking document to provide transparency of projects to the organization.
• Create the Annual National Display program, through analysis of prior year's program, and alignment with Field Sales
• Participate in innovation launch planning, offering display strategies to help optimize A launches.
• Provides ongoing recommendations of improvements to processes in collaboration with Trade Marketing Team Lead.
• Maintain active participation in monthly planning and assessment meeting with Field sales and marketing teams to determine how changes may affect existing and planned initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four year college/university required
- Four (4) or more years of progressive experience in the CPG industry developing and implementing strategies to drive brand growth, either in Trade Marketing and/or Account Management
- Strategic, action-orientated individual with a desire for tactical and detailed trade marketing executions
- Passion to win and outperform the market
- Proven ability to build relationships with cross functional resources
- Ability to measure performance and achieve results with strong ability to influence
- Experience developing and implementing accounts activation strategies and tactics
- Outstanding communication skills
