You will coordinate pricing, trade marketing, customer care, and sales support initiatives to drive market performance in alignment with company goals. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will act as a strategic partner and manage a small team of two. Your daily responsibilities will include overseeing pricing strategies, managing trade marketing campaigns, supporting the sales process, and ensuring alignment with internal systems and cross-functional teams. To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical capabilities, a hands-on and collaborative approach, and the ability to lead cross-functional projects. Your primary goals will include improving market competitiveness, increasing brand visibility, and supporting revenue and customer satisfaction targets. Performance will be measured through KPIs such as pricing effectiveness, marketing ROI, sales support impact, and customer care efficiency. Background Profile: β€’ BA’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. β€’ 5+ years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on pricing & trade marketing. β€’ Experience in a B2B industry - tire industry experience is a plus. β€’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive results. β€’ Proficient in using data analytics tools and marketing software.
