Our open Trade Show & Events Coordinator position might be a great fit for you!

In this role you will be responsible for helping our marketing team in the researching, planning, organizing, and execution of national trade shows, regional trade shows, channel partner events, and customer events. To maximize growth in the role, you should be passionate and capable of finding solutions to problems, be obsessed about the little things being done right, and be able to pivot quickly as needed.  

This position is a hybrid role based from our headquarters office in Austin, TX.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Research industry events and provide analysis on opportunities for our participation.
  • Gather sponsorship packages, pricing information, and attendee information for the marketing manager to inform event strategy.
  • Upon approval, register for events, secure booth space, and manage the logistical execution necessary to ensure a successful events.
  • Manage our portfolio of show presentations and presenters, and secure speaking opportunities for the organizations at various tradeshows.
  • Assist with and organize trade show/event logistics and shipping, ensuring all branded items for events arrive on time.
  • Identify and manage the relationship with local venues to host parties or dinners in conjunction with tradeshows.
  • Coordinate pre-event kick-off meetings, and post-event reviews to ensure we’re continually improving.
  • Order and maintain a supply of promotional materials for shows and other events.
  • Manage event materials, maintain inventory, keeping supplies organized and in good condition, and communicate concerns or needs for additional supplies.
  • Maintain trade show and event calendars.
  • Provide administrative support as requested by the Marketing Manager or Director of Marketing Campaigns.
  • Research event materials that could be possibly used for swag at tradeshows or events.
  • Maintain records of all bookings e.g. venue and catering and taking payments where necessary.
  • Additional ad-hoc duties at/for events, as needed.

  • Minimum of 1 year tradeshow logistics support and planning is required.
