Trade Support Analyst

Along with counterparts in London and Singapore, the role supports Tudor’s discretionary and systematic portfolio managers (PMs).  This role may, in time, offer a basic level of trade execution.

Responsibilities

• Enter trades into Tudor’s order management system in a timely manner
• Ensure the accuracy of trade and position information by monitoring real-time positions, P&L and risk.
• Identify and resolve issues in real-time
• Support Tudor’s PMs, execution staff and various department heads with ad-hoc project work
• Work as a point person between Tudor’s PMs and other departments (Operations, Middle Office, Market Services, Financial Data)
• Evaluate and propose recommendations to improve systems and operating model to maximize efficiency and mitigate risk.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 year experience in similar role is desirable 
• Basic understanding of P&L and Market Risk 
• Must have relevant knowledge in product and market structure in at least some of the following areas:
  • IR Derivatives & LCH/CME clearing, netting and compression mechanics
  • FX and FX Derivatives
  • Listed Futures and Options (specifically delivery and option exercise mechanics)
  • Government Bonds & associated financing transactions.

Annual base salary for the position is expected to be from $90,000 per year to $120,000 per year, with the actual salary dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s experience and credentials, the salary expectations of applicable applicants, and other market conditions.
