Tradeshow and Events Coordinator

This is a part time position, varying between 15-30 hours a week.

Security Innovation is seeking an organized and proactive Tradeshow and Events Coordinator responsible for assisting with the development and execution of industry tradeshows, customer events and webinars. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience successfully managing tradeshows and events on time and on budget. You will be a direct report to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and execute industry trade show sponsorships and exhibits, including pre-planning, supplier coordination, onsite execution, and post event wrap-up for large and small-scale shows. 
• Coordinate logistics for each event, including production of booth display, signage, promotional items, shipping of materials and lodging.
• Maintain up-to-date calendar of trade shows and events, ensuring timely registration and submission of required forms.
• Create and maintain a project plan, budget, and timeline for each event, working cross-functionally to ensure deadlines are met and prepare show overview guide for stakeholders.
• Work with marketing team to develop annual content calendar for webinars.
• Coordinate with contributors and vendors on content development and webinar production.
• Manage webinar and event related vendor relationships.
• Travel to event locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, preferably in managing industry trade shows.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and event attendees.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office required.
