We’re looking for an Events Manager to oversee all of our event activations, from tradeshows to sales meetings to VIP office visits.
In this role, you’ll manage our densely scheduled tradeshow and events calendar that includes events ranging in scope, size, scale, budget, location and audience. Your objective is to grow customer acquisition, build brand awareness, and capitalize on customer engagement opportunities. You'll work closely with the marketing, sales and clinical teams, and company leadership to understand the needs and goals of each event.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Tradeshows
- Manage and help prioritize tradeshow calendar
- Assist with identifying opportunities for breakouts, speaking engagements, and thought leadership opportunities
- Manage the marketing strategies around each event to help drive attendance, set meetings, generate product demos, and follow-up with prospective customers
- Coordinate with marketing team to ensure the successful deployment of event support assets, including email campaigns, company overview and sales sheets, landing pages, promotional campaign creation, booth material design, and social media execution
Other Meetings
- Plan and execute national sales meeting, including identifying location, negotiating rates, brainstorming activities and themes
- Negotiate and manage all vendor relationships associated with events
- Coordinate logistics for VIP office visits
Requirements:
- Passionate about events and event planning
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Experience with hotel and vendor contract negotiation
- Must be a self-motivated, proactive person that, at the same time, is able to partner effectively and collaborate.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a very fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility, ideally in the medical device industry
