Essential Functions:

  • Vendor Leadership: Take the lead as the primary point of contact for third-party event vendors, influencing outcomes with General Contractors, Venues, AV/Technology providers, and more.
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Drive financial success by creating and managing event budgets 2-3 years in advance, allowing you to make a real impact on cost efficiency.
  • Deadline Mastery: Manage timelines and deadlines with show teams to secure the best pricing, showcasing your organizational prowess.
  • Cost Efficiency Champion: Showcase your ability to streamline processes and reduce costs while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.
  • Contract Expertise: Ensure contractual compliance, from payment schedules to security procedures, demonstrating your commitment to precision.
  • Event Coordination Virtuoso: Collaborate with various vendors and teams to coordinate all event logistics, including on-site signage design.
  • Special Events Maestro: Take center stage in overseeing on-site special events, adding your flair to networking events and showcases.
  • RFP Management Pro: Master the art of RFP coordination for venues and vendors, showcasing your strategic acumen.
  • Exhibitor Services Guru: Assist with exhibitor manuals and web forms, highlighting your attention to detail.
  • Operational Excellence: Embrace established best practices and ensure their consistent implementation, solidifying your reputation as an operations expert.

  • Financial Stewardship: Manage event budgets and post-event financial processes, demonstrating your financial acumen.

Requirements:

  • Experience Champion: Leverage your 2+ years of project management experience to excel in this role.

  • Educational Excellence: Hold a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in event management, hospitality, or business.
