Role Summary
The candidate would be responsible for the day-to-day support functions of the sales and trading desk including trade booking trade reconciliation and new desk functionality. The candidate should have experienced knowledge of linear Rates a key eye for detail a high degree of motivation and deep analytic skills.
Location:

Responsibilities:
  • Working with sales and trading teams to process trade execution across the trade lifecycle
  • Working in a team environment that closely integrates trading technology and operational excellence
  • Working with the sales and trading desk to manage risk breaks assist with executions and middle office functions
  • Automating operational workflows and partnering with developers and technology teams to architect build and deliver robust platforms to reduce manual overhead and risk
  • Developing robust processes to aid in the deployment of new trading capabilities
  • Coordinating with developers to help with releases and testing for new software
  • Coordinating efforts with Trading Technology Compliance and Operations teams to ensure smooth expansion and day to day operation of the business
  • Liaising with operations accounting and business management departments to develop and answer ad hoc requests

Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in Rates Bonds and Credit
  • Experienced knowledge of linear Rates
  • Experience interfacing with trading and technology systems
  • Process driven approach to problem solving
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise across multiple groups
  • A highly analytic mentality and a rigorous attention to deal
  • Demonstrated self-starter with the drive and can-do attitude to learn new things and push through change to deliver results
  • A completed degree from a top tier university in economics

In accordance with applicable law the base salary range for this role is $125000 to $300000.
In addition the employee who fills this role will be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive compensation program as well as a wide array of benefit programs such as medical and life insurance retirement and tax-free savings plans and access to other healthcare programs.
