This role places you at the core of our operations, ensuring smooth trading operations via identification and mitigation of risk. We work in a demanding environment where data-driven decision-making and technology are at the heart of everything we do.

Requirements:

• Trading Operations Support: 
• Monitor and manage live cryptocurrency trading systems across multiple exchanges to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
• Provide real-time support to traders, addressing issues related to performance, latency, data integrity, and system anomalies.




• Incident Management:
• Respond to and resolve trading disruptions, technical issues, and system failures in a timely manner.




• Risk Management:
• Identify, report, and mitigate operational risks in collaboration with the trading and development team.

• Automation and Process Improvement:
• Develop and implement tools to automate routine operational tasks, such as system health checks and error recovery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows and reduce manual intervention.




• System Performance and Optimisation:
• Work with developers and engineers to optimise trading infrastructure, including hardware, networks, and algorithms.




• Data Management:
• Manage large volumes of real-time and historical market data for analysis and strategy development.
• Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies with exchange data feeds and order management systems.




• Collaboration:
• Work closely with quant researchers, developers, and traders to support the implementation of new strategies.
• Communicate operational insights and propose enhancements to the trading environment.
