About You:
You will provide trade related assistance to our brokerage customers with world class timely support via email and phone. You will manage customer trade positions and perform back office administrative functions associated to trade allocations, treasury requests, and set-up of trading platforms. You will work with a team of talented Trade Desk, Operations, and Risk Management Team members, as well as cross functionally across various business functions.
Additional responsibilities will include:

• Managing everyday customers' trading activity while being responsible for special bookings, allocations, FX trades, among other daily activities
• Monitoring and resolving trade breaks, performing end of day checks, and processing commission discrepancies and adjustments, as needed
• Monitoring and supporting contract expiration processing
• Supporting post-trade allocations

Key Job Requirements:

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
• Strong interest in financial markets - prior experience is a plus
• Tech savvy and able to troubleshoot computer issues directly with clients
• Comfortable learning our proprietary trading software
• Strong Microsoft office knowledge, advanced excel knowledge is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and willing to help in any situation
• Detail oriented, even while multi-tasking
• Positive attitude and eager to learn
• Willing and able to work alternate shifts when necessary
• Perform other duties, strategic projects and responsibilities as assigned
• Ability to work well with others and across functions (new accounts, account management, support and customer service, marketing, finance, etc.)
