Trading Researcher

Your role at Exness:

Join our Trading Research and Analytics team as an accomplished Researcher. We eagerly await a data-minded team member who shares our passion for trading and brokerage. You will:

• Collaborate with the product team to drive product development and jointly own business outcomes and results.
• Conduct data analysis, research, and train machine learning models (model MVP and requirements for prod stage roll-out).
• Translate data and models into visually accessible formats for non-technical audiences.
• Brainstorm and propose design for product hypotheses A/B testing and retro analysis; as well as measuring results of A/B testing.
• Identify and implement strategies for calculating business metrics, monitoring spikes and outliers for future actions.
• Promote a data-driven culture through workshops, training, and support, while actively participating in the design and review of research, analyses, and models.
• Interact with external teams by preparing tech requirements for monitoring and alerting, overseeing model production stage roll-out, and ensuring the successful execution of data products.
• Enhance the trading team's image through active involvement in data science communities, participation in external events, and the creation of articles for internal and external resources.

What makes you a great fit:

• 5+ years of experience in data science, data analytics, and product analytics.
• Understanding of SQL and possessing excellent knowledge of Python programming.
• Extensive expertise in machine learning and math modeling, enabling analysis and interpretation of data for informed decision-making.
• Mathematical or engineering education with comprehensive understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory, including correlations, effects, and anomaly detection
• Strong team player, eager to collaborate effectively with the product team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in upper-intermediate English, with a confident and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Ability to identify opportunities, strategically plan, and adapt to changes.

Your journey after applying:

3. Technical interview (1,5 hours)
