Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis and research in derivative markets, including futures contracts.
• Develop and test trading strategies.
• Build economic models for futures on a cryptocurrency exchange.
• Forecast PnL (profit and loss).
• Monitor and oversee the operation of market-making bots trading according to the developed strategy.
• Perform daily PnL monitoring and analysis to optimize trading strategies.
• Analyze market data and identify opportunities for improving trading performance.
• Prepare reports and presentations with analytics for internal use.
• Support the trading team in making decisions based on research.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of financial markets and instruments, including futures and derivatives.
• Experience in building economic models and PnL forecasting.
• Skills in working with algorithmic trading systems and monitoring market makers.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Excel, SQL).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
