Traffic Associate (REMOTE)

The Traffic Associate will assist in the creation detailed schedules, setting milestones and deadlines and ensuring that work is distributed equally between creative teams. It is the responsibility of the Traffic Associate to ensure that projects are moving from one stage to the next and ultimately delivered according to the schedule. This individual should also have a command of the project management platform and be a part of fine-tuning process.

What You Will Be Doing:• Be the conduit between marketing and creative teams and the client to ensure all information is gathered and projects flow to all involved in a timely manner• Work with creative and marketing teams to build Time and Events schedules and create tasks based on the identified milestones• Understand and continually fine-tune workflow and production process, detailed oriented.• Understand how all of the pieces of a campaign/project come together and ensure everything is accomplished

What You Must Have:

• 2+ years related work experience to include two years of experience in a Traffic position
• Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience

Additional Required Qualifications• Effective communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization, internally and externally• Extremely organized, methodical and detail-oriented• Comfortable in a high-volume, high-pressure environment• Self manageable, but good team player

General Physical Demands

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to move objects. Jobs are sedentary if traversing activities are required only occasionally.
