The Retail Gifts team is hiring a Traffic Coordinator position supporting the Kids & Baby (plush, frames, decor, blankets), Print (books, puzzles, albums) and Mass (plush, mugs, frames, tabletop) businesses. We are looking for a highly organized and details-oriented individual with strong project management skills who's able to multi-task in their support of several product teams.
WHAT YOUR ROLE ENTAILS AND HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
As a Traffic Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, communicating, and executing product program schedules for the Retail Gifts business. You'll monitor the movement of SKUs throughout the end-to-end product development workflow; analyzing problems as they arise and providing options for resolution to the team for consideration.
In this position, you will partner with all disciplines throughout the entire supply chain (Product Management, Creative, Procurement, Licensing, Package Design) to ensure on time delivery to support retail sample and ship dates. You will also lead weekly status meetings with cross-discipline partners covering both current and upcoming work.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of project management or traffic coordinator experience
- Experience in Excel, Microsoft Teams/SharePoint, Outlook
- Experience leading meetings and presentations
- Experience communicating and collaborating with diverse internal partners
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Working knowledge of FlexPLM
- Advanced Excel skills in formulas, graphs, and formatting
- Detail oriented
- Clear and concise communication style
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to understand the ask and deliver just the necessary information to make a decision
- Adaptable - Thrives in a consistently busy and changing environment
- Ability to identify and suggest process improvements
