Accountabilities:
- Provide L1 technical support by troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to automation platforms and integrations.
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving API-related issues, ensuring smooth system functionality and performance.
- Support users in understanding product features and resolving technical queries in a clear and effective manner.
- Work with REST APIs and assist in identifying and fixing integration or connectivity issues.
- Use scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash to automate routine tasks and improve support efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Support cloud-based environments such as AWS or Azure for issue analysis and resolution.
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
- Learn and apply security standards including authentication, authorization, OAuth, SAML, and SSO concepts.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge in automation, AI, and enterprise support systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and experience troubleshooting API-related issues.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is an advantage.
- Knowledge of authentication and security protocols like OAuth, SAML, and SSO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies, including AI, automation, and prompt engineering.
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment (including evening/night shifts).
- Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced support environment.
- Monthly stipend of INR 40,000 during the training program.
