ServiceRocket’s Growth team is responsible for attracting, engaging, and retaining customers. We start with a deep understanding of the unique, changing motives and preferences of our customers and market dynamics. This allows us to create tailored messaging aligned with customer needs, then lean into constant testing, experimentation, and analysis to optimize outcomes.


You’ll be working alongside a seasoned team of product marketing, content writing, and design, digital marketing, social media, UX/UI design, and analytics professionals who are energetic, collaborative, data-driven, and like to have fun.


What You’ll Do:

As an intern on a growing team, reporting to the PMM lead, you will develop an understanding of our customers (how they buy, their buying criteria) and the market/industry. You will build customer collateral, support competitive strategy, and drive customer and industry research projects. You will collaborate cross-functionally and improve knowledge sharing with Product Management, Sales, Line of Business/Partner Practice, and Customer Success teams. Responsibilities

  • Market Intelligence:  Improve close and win rates in deals by becoming the expert on how customers buy and their buying criteria, as well as on key competitors and how to win against them 
  • Positioning: Support the messaging that differentiates our products in the market and resonates with our target buyers with data & analysis.
  • Collateral: Tell our story effectively; contribute to collateral ranging from product 1-pagers to thought leadership eBooks (must be proficient with Powerpoint/google slides).
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with field enablement to educate and train the sales team on product updates, market/competitive intel, sales tools, etc. 
  • Product Launch: Drive product adoption and engagement to support the launch of new releases.
  • Support Demand Generation:  Ideate campaign themes/messaging and project manage rich media asset development (e.g., infographics, videos, demos) for demand gen to leverage.
  • Project & Administration: Effectively manage daily administrative tasks, develop and execute marketing campaigns, organize and manage marketing assets, create reports on marketing performance, and help maintain calendars and budgets

Skills & Qulifications

  • English proficiency is a must.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to gather intelligence from data, present findings, and decisions, influence executive stakeholders, and execute independently on initiatives.
  • Experience developing personas, value propositions, value mapping, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, command respect, and influence without authority, i.e. a driver

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, SEM Rush or other SEO/web analytics tools
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro, and Hubspot.
  • Background in Tech and/or B2B Saas preferred, but not required.
  • Understanding of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
